Job Title: Manager – Production -Panels

A. ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for managing a large and dynamic team, overseeing production planning, execution and excellence and ensuring the highest quality of output.
B. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sr. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a large team of supervisors, operators, and technicians.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive production efficiency to meet targets and financial goals.
- Develop and execute production plans to meet customer orders and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed.
- Ensure the successful implementation of SAP in collaboration with the IT department.
- Collaborate with Sales and Stores to ensure smooth operations.
- Align production schedules with Estimation & Stores teams to meet customer demand.
- Ensure product quality meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes.
- Projects: Troubleshooting electrical panel issues during testing.

D. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience: Proven experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to controllers or electronics.
E. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Technical Skills:
● Experience with SAP implementation is highly desirable.
● Proficient in production planning and inventory management.
● Understanding of quality assurance processes and practices.
Behavioral Skills:
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
● Customer-focused with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
