A. ROLE PURPOSE:
As a Purchase Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless material flow for controller manufacturing by sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating favourable terms, and ensuring timely delivery. This role supports uninterrupted production, maintains product quality, and enhances operational efficiency
B. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sr. Key Responsibilities:
- Source electronic components and materials for controller manufacturing.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate procurement with production planning to meet targets.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate performance.
- Oversee domestic procurement of transformers and handle non-standard needs.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and manage customs processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and support procurement process improvements.
D. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Proven experience in procurement, ideally in electronics or manufacturing.
D. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENT
Technical Skills:
● Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
● Familiarity with import/export regulations and procurement software.
